Master Classes
Champneys Springs are proud to offer you the chance to participate in 'Fitness Master Classes' taught by some of the top fitness presenters in the UK. The Master Classes have been designed to promote a sense of general wellbeing through regular exercise, illustrating the benefits of being active. Our top fitness experts will show you how to effortlessly incorporate physical activity into your daily routine, inspiring a balanced and healthy lifestyle. To take part in one of these classes you need to be a Club Member or be booked onto a Champneys day or stay package.

Nia with Mary-Claire Williamson
Nia is the ultimate ''East meets West'' method to tone the body, mind, emotions & spirit. It's fusion fitness at it's finest! Nia's barefoot, grounded approach maximizes body efficiency and teaches you to consciously move in gentler ways. Nia is a blend of movements, concepts & theories from a diversity of cultures. The stillness of Yoga, the power of Martial Arts and the grace and spontaneity of Modern and Ethnic dance.

Fitness Presenter - Robin Gargrave
Robin is responsible for the content and quality of the largest instructor training operation in the UK. Robert will be teaching: Saturday 9th October Indoor Cycling 3pm - 3.45pm Total Body Stretch 5pm - 5.30pm Sunday 10th October Indoor Cycling 10.15 - 11am
Pierre Pozzuto
Pierre is a regualr presenter on Fitness TV. Pierre will be teaching: Saturday 16th October Martial Mania 10.15 - 11am The Thriller to Killer Dance Class 2pm - 2.30pm Indoor Cycling 3pm - 3.45pm
Simon Mitchell

Jonathan Copp
Jonathan has a love of movement and dance and feels that fitness is a logical extension of that. Jonathan will be teaching: Saturday 23rd October Step 10.15 - 11am Dance 2pm - 2.30pm French Jive 9pm - 10pm
Fitness Presenter - Sonia Molloy
Sonia has been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years. She is a keen cyclist and triathlete, and shares her passion for fitness through her fun and motivational approach to teaching. Sonia will be teaching: Saturday 30th October Cardio Kick 10.15 - 11am Indoor Cycling 3pm - 3.45pm Sunday 31st October Indoor Cycling 10.15am - 11am
