Master Classes
Champneys Henlow are proud to offer you the chance to participate in 'Fitness Master Classes' taught by some of the top fitness presenters in the UK. The Master Classes have been designed to promote a sense of general wellbeing through regular exercise, illustrating the benefits of being active. Our top fitness experts will show you how to effortlessly incorporate physical activity into your daily routine, inspiring a balanced and healthy lifestyle. To take part in one of these classes you need to be a Club Member or be booked onto a Champneys day or stay package.

Fitness Presenter - Jean Monger
Jean has been a fitness instructor for almost 20 years, her education includes advanced fitness, 50+ fitness, aqua motion and 10 years of Pilates matwork and pilates training with the Pilates Institute. Jean will be teaching: Saturday, 3pm till 4pm, Pilates, 4.30pm till 5.15pm Stretch & Relax Sunday, 12pm - 1pm, Pilates
Fitness Presenter - Zoe Mundell
Zoe combines her 15 years experience as a successful personal trainer with Polestar Pilates training to help clients achieve optimal performance, improve posture, manage chronic health and exercise rehabilitation.A group exercise instructor teaching a range of classes from street dance to kickboxing Zoe believes fitness should be challenging but fun.
Fitness - Presenter Fiona Abbott
Fitness has been an important part of Fiona’s life for over 20 years, teaching classes that range from ‘Old School Aerobics’ in the 80’s to teaching Cheerleading, Aqua, Fitness Ballet, Step, Aerobics, More Mature Movers, Body Conditioning, Spinning, Fitness Yoga and Pilates today. Fiona is also in the process of completing her Level 3 Pilates and Personal Training Qualification.

Pilates with Helen Pybus
Helen trained with Modern Pilates and achieved success in obtaining her Level Three, which is the highest national qualification. Helen now works internationally presenting a wide range of Pilates, both to instructors and members of her local community.

Fitness Present- Lee Moore
With over 10 years' experience within the fitness industry and with a string of Master Classes to his name, Lee Moore is one of the most gifted choreographers on the circuit, his passion for step has seen him named by top presenters as one of the most talented instructors in the country. Lee who is the Director of www.volcanicvibes.com delivers seamless and layered choreography with natural progressions allowing even the most basic leveled participants to reach new heights.
Fitness Presenter - Sarah Stigler
Sarah was the winner of the Action UK new presenter search in 2006. Sarah combines her years as a professional dancer with her time in the industry and now teaches fusing together her dance and fitness training. Sarah believes that dance and fitness should be fun and aims to make her presentations motivating and achievable.
Jennifer Phillip 30/31 oct
Jennifer is an international fitness presenter specialising in combat and core fitness. She has been an energetic, inspiring and innovative instructor for 20 years and has produced her own fitness videos and DVDs.

Nia with Beverley Drumm

She also enjoys working with patient referrals as an Exercise Referral Consultant.

James has been involved in fitness and dance for most of his life and first found his passion for Group Fitness at the age of 16. James is a member of the National YMCA Fitness Industry Training Display Team, and is a Fit and Funky Presenter. James is known for his bubbly personality, as well as his passion for choreography, some people will say that while doing a class with James you get more than just your normal workout as your sides will be splitting with laughter!
